Outstanding Indian Cuisine in Lone Tree, CO - Urban Village Grill

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Urban Village Grill, a delightful Indian restaurant that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked through the door, I was immersed in a world of flavors, aromas, and hospitality that made my visit truly memorable.

The ambiance of Urban Village Grill is warm and inviting, with tasteful decor that reflects the rich cultural heritage of India. Soft lighting and soothing music created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect place for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings.

I was very impressed with this Indian Restaurant. One thing I like about living in the Denver area is the abundance of Indian Restaurants to choose from. Urban Village Grill has made it on my list of favorite Indian Restaurants in the Denver Metro area. It's in my top three, without a doubt.

Urban Village Grill is located inside Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree, CO. Heads up that if you're using GPS, it won't bring you to the front of the restaurant. Urban Village Grill is next to Crate & Barrel. If you're accustomed to accessing Park Meadows Mall through the front entrance of the food court, Urban Village Grill is to the left of it. They're about three stores to the left of the entrance.

Urban Village Grill has a nice elegant appeal. You will need to go through a mall entrance to gain access to the restaurant. I chose to sat at the bar when dining in. I usually prefer not to eat at the bar. However, there was nobody else sitting at the bar area. I passed on alcohol and chose water along with Diet Coke. I ordered an appetizer of Samosas with a side of the Chef's famous sauce (Fenugreek Sauce). The sauce is delicious! I was also impressed with the Samosas. They were delicious as well! I would definitely order these again.

Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at Urban Village Grill is a culinary journey through the diverse and vibrant flavors of India. From traditional favorites to regional specialties, there's something to satisfy every palate. I particularly enjoyed the appetizers, which were bursting with authentic spices and cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and complex, and the portion sizes were generous. What truly sets Urban Village Grill apart is the exceptional service. The staff was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that every detail of our dining experience was perfect. They were more than happy to make recommendations, accommodate dietary preferences, and even adjust the spice levels to suit our tastes. In addition to the incredible main courses, the restaurant offers a variety of Indian bread, appetizers, and desserts that are equally impressive. The cardamom pistachio ice cream was the perfect sweet ending to our meal, leaving a lingering, delightful taste. I must also mention that the cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols were exemplary, which is especially important in today's world.

For my main entree, I ordered the Southern Goat Curry and Onion Naan. I've always loved Goat Curry. Urban Village Grill nailed it! It's delicious and spiced to my liking. Beware if you don't like hot and spicy food. It was definitely up my alley. The Onion Naan was really good. They only cut it in half and not in quarters. I liked the Naan cut in half. I ended up taking half of it home. As for the rice, I love that it's not your typical rice served in an Indian Restaurant. They spice it so nicely. You could almost make a meal out of the rice. It's that good. I passed on dessert as I had plenty of food to take home with me. I will try their dessert next time I visit which will be soon. This is another restaurant I had my eyes on for a while. So glad I had the opportunity to dine at Urban Village Grill. My only piece of constructive feedback is the service. I felt that it was slow and they had plenty of staff. It seemed that it took longer than the norm to get what I needed. However, staff is very friendly.

Overall, Urban Village Grill is a gem of an Indian restaurant that deserves high praise. It's the kind of place that makes you feel like you've embarked on a culinary adventure, exploring the flavors and traditions of India. If you're looking for an authentic, delightful, and memorable dining experience, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Urban Village Grill a try. It's a testament to the rich and diverse tapestry of Indian cuisine, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable meal.
