The Best Pastries in Breckenridge: Clint's Bakery & Coffee House

From time to time, I travel to Breckenridge for work. I work, part time, in the real estate industry and sometimes we're hired by the affluent community to stage and photograph an amazing home for sale. Time to time, this takes me to Breckenridge. And our team stumbled upon one of the best adorable (and delicious) spots you'd ever want...and need...in the morning. In Breckenridge, it's called 'Clints.'

In June of this year, after a photo shoot high near Indiana Creek Trail, we were craving bagels at the end of a long weekend and the owner of the home recommended Clint's as the best place for a great meal and breakfast spot. Quite honestly, this guy could afford anything he wants and he recommended it. So...how can we go wrong? The next morning, we were there.

When we first walked in, the line was very long. But that line is just for coffee. If you want the bagels walk past the line and down the stairs to the lower part of it. I ordered a asiago bagel with egg, cheese, and added cucumber, red onion, spinach ,and tomato. Oh my goodness was this a delicious bagel sandwich! The asiago bagel has great cheese flavor, and is soft but chewy like a bagel should be. The veggies were a nice touch and it was toasted just perfectly. My group also ordered half a dozen bagels to go, and we are so glad we did because we made delicious sandwiches for the rest of the drive back to Denver.

In August, I returned to Breckenridge for another photo shoot. This time near Mineral Hill. We stopped in, once again, this time for brunch. We a wide variety of items, including delicious vegan/plant-based baked goods and other goodies. One of my team ordered the banana chocolate chip bread, carrot cake cupcake, and almond orange chocolate biscotti (all vegan). Everything was delicious and I love that Clint's offers so many plant-based options. I wish I hadn't eaten breakfast before noticing the bagels (with an option of vegan cream cheese) downstairs!

Clint's exudes warmth and coziness from the moment you step inside. With its mismatched vintage furniture, soft pastel hues, and a whimsical array of cute wall art, it's a haven for those seeking respite from the urban hustle in Breckenridge. The aroma of freshly ground beans permeates the air, and the friendly baristas craft delightful latte art that transforms each cup into a work of art. Awesome music sets the perfect backdrop for intimate conversations or solitary moments of reflection. Whether you're savoring a rich espresso or indulging in a decadent slice of homemade cake, this endearing coffee shop offers a serene escape from the daily grind. Sit at the bar and eat/drink or get in your car to continue your day with a great meal to go.

Clint's offers perfect proportions, suitable pricing and great flavors. Both experiences made for two enjoyable breakfasts. We look forward to another visit in the future. Go Clint's!
